Winter Homework Clinic With Danielle Toms


Date: Thursday, December 29, 2011 – Saturday, December 31, 2011
Location: At the Indoor Arena at Willow Creek Farm in Forest, VA

Don't miss this opportunity to work with Champion A.Q.H.A. Rider/Trainer and Certified All Breed Judge Danielle Toms so she can help you and your horse be the very best you can be in the show ring. She will conducting this exclusive clinic at the Willow Creek Farm on December 29-31, 2011.

Riding disciplines will include: In Hand Showmanship, Hunter Under Saddle, Western Pleasure, and Ranch Riding all done in an educational clinic setting. Come and learn from one of the most respected riders in Southwest Virginia. With the troubled economy Danielle is offering local riders this great clinic at budget friendly prices.

Days and Class Times: Thursday and Friday – Youth 2:00pm-4:30pm,
Adults 5:00pm-7:30pm
Saturday – Youth 11:00am-1:30pm, Adults 2:00pm-4:30pm

The first hour of the class will be In Hand/Showmanship. The remainder of the class will be under saddle in the discipline of your chose (HUS, Western Pleasure, or Ranch). Mix up your versatile horse and ride in a different discipline each day.

Danielle has tailored this clinic to address the individual issues with each horse and rider combination. Classes will be based around how to get the most out of your show training and riding your horse in your selected discipline. Danielle will also cover exactly what show judges are looking for when you are showing your horse in the show ring. She will also cover and proper show attire to wear in the show ring to get the judges attention.
Fees:
1 day - $35  ** 2 Days - $25 per day ** 3 Days - $20 per day **Audit -$10 per day, or $20 for 3 days

Riders must provide their own horses and tack. Helmets will be required for all mounted
riders under the age of 18. All horses arriving for the clinic at Willow Creek Farm must
have valid Coggins papers for each horse. Stalls are available for $10 a day or $25 for all three days.
No concessions available so bring your own food and drinks. No alcohol allowed on the premises.

Entry forms are due by December 26, 2011. Entry Fees are due in Cash at sign up on your first day. In order to get discount multi-day rates all fees must be paid at sign up on your first day.
